Rajesh Payal Rai is a famous Nepali Singer. He was born in Baipa village of khotang district and born on the date of September 30. He was the son of father Ratna Rai and Sancha laxmi Rai.
He was totally fond of singing.He used to listen Radio Nepal from childhood and makes a great hobbies to meet the famous singer of Radio Nepal. He was the great fan of Narayan Gopal. He enter Radio Nepal with Pandap Sunar by saying him as uncle.
His first recorded song was ”samjana ko kura nagara” in which music was given by Shakti Kumar Shrestha and lyrics of Juju Rai.Nowadays he is fully busy on recording his song and to meets his program in abroad and in Nepal.
